Florian is the managing partner of Rolf Consulting Germany, a project management consulting and training firm with a strong focus on Agile methodol-ogies. Prior to dedicating himself to training, he worked as a Partner Program Manager for Microsoft Corporation. Before joining Microsoft, he was involved in a software start-up specialized in business intelligence and data management. He also served on the board of directors of Project Management Institute as Director of Education and Certification.
