If you had to choose four attributes that best describe you as an employer, what would those be?

Our three core values are “Respect”, “Professionalism” & “Perseverance”.  These define Ericsson’s culture, guide us in our daily work and the way in which we do business.  Our fourth attribute would be “commitment” – a commitment to our customers that is bound by trust, innovation and performance.

What are the areas in which Ericsson operates in Romania and the most common positions for each area for which you recruit (junior, senior, managers)?

Ericsson is continually expanding; we take pride in the fact that potential future employees will find a great diversity of exciting career opportunities.  
We are looking for juniors, seniors and managers including:
 - Exceptional graduates that are eager to continually learn and build their careers;

What are the most interesting / unusual career opportunities that you can meet in Ericsson? What are the jobs that candidates would not expect to find inside the company?

Ericsson’s vision for the evolution to Networked Society from now until 2020 relies on the tremendous developments in Mobility, Broadband and Cloud. As the world evolves more and more towards a fully inter-connected society, we need the very best specialists supporting us on the projects which will deliver the Networked Society.
