Internship positions available this summer at JTI Romania

One of the reasons is JTI Internship Program which offers a practical professional experience to students or fresh graduates in order to enable them to experience a multinational working environment whilst learning from professionals, the responsibility of a role, the importance of working in a team so that they are at ease to choose their professional career path.

During three months (July – September), each intern has a mentor and a defined role within the team, with clear responsibilities.

The available positions cover various areas such as: corporate affairs & communication, trade marketing, digital marketing, data management, sales support operations, IT, finance & accounting, engineering, quality improvement.

“Before starting my JTI experience as an intern, I was a little bit nervous and unsure of what to expect, as it was my first internship and interaction with the environment of a multinational company. For me, as a Sales Accounting Intern, the 3 months program taught me new financial insights, as well as how to adapt to the fast pace of the Sales Department activities. I got all the support needed from my colleagues, who facilitated my professional and personal development. After finishing the internship, I’ve accepted a full-time position in the Sales Accounting team, and I’m really lucky to keep growing as a part of the JTI family.”

”If you are curious about the opportunities that being an intern at JTI can bring you, pay attention to this: I had the chance to go to Geneva and pitch my idea in front of the whole Management Team from the Headquarters of JTI.
Besides the fact that during my internship I had the opportunity to work with some great professionals, I was also able to use my creativity, as much as I could. That's right, you can be creative even if the job description contains words like "technical" and "engineering".
Fast forward, JTI had another awesome idea: "Make It Bright". A challenge that allowed us to build and pitch our idea in order to win a six months paid internship in 3 different countries. So, I teamed up, won the national stage of the challenge and finally we presented our idea in Geneva. Basically, we represented Romania in a worldwide competition.
