2020 

2020 and the COVID pandemic made us even more adaptable and we were able to transform the majority of our staff across EMEA into a Work at Home model, within a short period of time. In Concentrix we have had a working and always upgrading, work at home program in different locations across the world for the past 16 years, but now times are different and we know that our people’s mental health should be put amongst the top priorities. When we are mentally healthy, we can form positive relationships, cope with day-to-day challenges, and use our abilities to reach our potential.

Concentrix Romania 

“In Romania, we operate from two sites, one in Timisoara and the other in Cluj. Our journey started in 2011 with only 12 associates and today we are close to 300 staff members. 

With our existing client, a giant in the retail industry, in 2021, we are taking our partnership to the next level and adding new line of businesses, which will give us the opportunity to hire close to 200 new colleagues. For both of our locations in Romania, we provide our staff with competitive benefits package, including food, transport and sport allowance in addition to a competitive salary.
