The contest’s purpose is to encourage the development of specific open source applications in the web and mobile field.
Web In Progress is open to students pursuing degrees or graduated in 2010 in technical fields such as Hardware or Software Engineering, Computer Science and Information Technology, but not limited to, from all Bucharest universities.
