There is a significant number of Romanians who already work in the local office iin Sofia, including several senior managers. The Spotify account manager is also a Romanian national.
The company provides relocation support, covering costs for flight tickets, first month rent, etc. Foreign national also have a buddy assigned to them (another foreign national already working in Sofia) who meets new arrivals at the airport and helps with everything afterwards: housing, shopping, transport, food, etc.
