Our internship program starts in July and lasts for 4 months, until the end of October. It will be the summer experience of your life!
The internship is full-time, with a 40-hour-per-week standard schedule. The WS program is a type of internship that involves a work contract for a fixed period. Initially it starts with 6 months, at the end of which if there is performance the ultimate goal is to intern in a Junior role.

We offer 12,5 days of rest leave for the 6 months, that is 25 days of rest leave per year.; We have a benefit called substitute days off, when a national day off falls on a weekend we get the second day off, for example if May 1st falls on a Saturday or Sunday we are off the following Monday, the only exception is Easter as it always falls on a Sunday.

De asemenea, ei invata cum functioneaza o fabrica de ciment, ce roluri cheie indeplinesc specialistii Holcim si vad intregul proces de productie al cimentului. Profesionistii din cadrul Holcim Romania le vor fi alaturi participantilor in sapte ateliere de technical skills, acolo unde isi vor corela cunostintele dobandite in facultate cu cerintele din domeniul tehnic.
La final celor doua sesiuni de ateliere, 32 de studenti vor avea oportunitatea de a participa in perioada 1 iulie - 1 octombrie la un program de internship platit. Studentii vor fi ghidati de catre un mentor din departamentul ales pentru practica. Pe parcursul programului, ei vor beneficia de o indemnizatie de internship. Programul de internship va viza urmatoarele specializari: Chimie si Inginerie Chimica, Inginerie Mecanica si Mecatronica, Electronica si Automatizari, Inginerie Miniera, Constructii Civile, Drumuri, Poduri si Cai Ferate, Sanatate si Securitate in Munca, Mediu si Constructii & Chimie. Participantii isi vor desfasura activitatea la fabricile de ciment, prefabricate, BCA si in statiile de betoane ale grupului Holcim.

Apa Nova București lansează programul de internship 2025 destinat studenților, oferind oportunități de învățare și inovare. Programul se desfășoară pe parcursul a zece săptămâni, din iulie până în septembrie, și include un stagiu de integrare pentru familiarizarea cu specificul companiei.
Fiecare participant va primi un proiect de internship în domeniul său de studiu, lucrând sub îndrumarea unui tutore. Programul include sesiuni de training pe tema "Abilități de prezentare" și acces la o platformă internă de eLearning cu peste 550 de module. La final, participanții își vor prezenta proiectele, subliniind impactul asupra dezvoltării lor profesionale și asupra organizației.

YGain (Young Graduates) este un program remunerat dedicat studenților sau tinerilor absolvenți, gata să înceapă călătoria profesională și să încerce să dobândească experiență practică într-un mediu real de muncă.
Compania dorește să completeze posturile deschise pentru rolurile junioare cu talente tinere și să se asigure că acestea au acces la învățare constantă, la dezvoltare profesională, la oportunități de formare și la trasee personalizate ale carierei pentru a-și putea îndeplini rolul în organizație.
În cursul primei luni de onboarding, grupul de tineri absolvenți are un program part-time, preponderent de la birou, în timpul căruia sunt implicați într-o serie de cursuri de formare, prezentări, inițiative CSR și ateliere care le permit să interacționeze cu persoanele de la toate nivelurile de management și le permit să învețe despre companie și despre rolurile existente într-un mod cat mai practic.
Aceasta initiativa a fost gandita pe mai mulți ani, ca un program de onboarding dedicat tinerilor absolvenți, cu scopul de a spijini compania sa aduca talente, oferindu-le o traiectorie profesională atractivă și să genereze valoare ulterior prin intermediul tinerilor care au un cadru de operare solid.
Acest proiect vine si ca o solutie la nevoia de a creste vizibilitatea companiei in cadrul universitatilor locale si a recunoasterii ca angajator ‘of choice’. De asemenea, sustine initiativele CSR de integrare a generatiei Z pe piața forței de muncă si sprijinirea strategiei de infuzie de fresh talents si de crestere a companiei.
Au fost angajati peste 100 Young Graduati in companie in decursul 2023 si 2024. In faza de onboarding au loc multiple evenimente cu scopul de a-i integra cat mai rapid si eficient (1 Engagement activity, 1 Induction day, 4 Department presentations, 1 DE&I workshop, 1 CSR activity, 1 technical training, 1 Learning and development presentation, 4 feedback sessions with both YGs and their managers).

JTI Internship Program was launched in 2007 (2025 marks the 18th edition) with the aim to offer real job experience to young talents - students and fresh graduates.
The key features of our paid internship program are:
• Duration: 3-month period during students’ summer vacation (July 1st – September 30th), or earlier if required.
• Work Schedule: Full-time contract (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
• Structure: Each role will have a dedicated Job Description, and every Intern will be assigned an Internship Coordinator.
